As part of our employee orientation, staff receive comprehensive training in developmental disabilities/autism, behavior analysis, fundamental rights as well as basic emergency response including CPR/First Aid, Professional Assault Crisis Certification/Training (Pro – ACT), etc. In addition, new employees are educated on human services as it relates to each of our programs (i.e. Applied Abilities, Independent/Supported Living, and Individual/Group Supported Employment).
